File Compression

- RAR for Windows
95/98/NT
RAR is a program designed to compress files in order to
make them smaller (and optionally break them in several small parts. This is
often very important because many e-mail programs and servers allow e-mail
messages only of limited size, which is often smaller than the size of datasets
we are using.) RAR uses modern compression algorithms that allow it to achieve
an excellent compression rate. It also
creates self-extracting archives.
